Summary As a Fashion Stylist you will deliver elevated Ready-to-Wear styling and build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and sales. You will support and develop retail teams, collaborate on launches and events, and act as a subject‑matter expert in trend and product knowledge. The role focuses on client‑facing styling, training, and regional RTW growth initiatives. Responsibilities Drive regional sales targets and increase Ready‑to‑Wear penetration while ensuring an elevated client experience. Provide bespoke styling to clients and recruit and develop new and existing clientele to grow long‑term relationships. Coach and develop store selling associates and support client experiences including events, personalized hosting, and re‑sees. Partner with store leaders and regional teams on client retention and development strategies for Ready‑to‑Wear. Collaborate on collection training, new launch communication, and prepare tools to support full‑silhouette and personal styling. Maintain knowledge of competitors and seek external opportunities to expand the RTW client network. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in styling or luxury retail, including leadership or independent styling. Proven track record of developing authentic, lasting client relationships and driving sales. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in client interactions.
